Traditional Build

We live in an era of change, risk and instability. To thrive in this environment requires diversity and adaptablity.

With this in mind, Modul are endeavouring on a local produced version of the modular design.

These houses will be the same high quality, innovative design, as well as similar finishing details.

What's the difference

There are 2 main differences between these homes and the manufactured ones.

  • The homes will be built onsite, and you can watch the house progress through the building stages.
  • The homes are made with a timber frame and cladding

Everything from carpet to appliances and landscaping is installed and completed, the homes are ready when you are.
