Interior finishes

Modul is the minimalist way of buying a new home – everything from carpet to kitchen appliances is already installed. This streamlines the decision-making process when buying and, more importantly, makes the homes more affordable through consistent design and the same quality fittings.

Inside your Modul home

Modul uses Dulux paints to provide years of performance. All interior walls are professionally skim coated, with two layers of plaster to provide a blemish-free finish, they are then hand-painted to a Level 5 decorating standard – the highest standard available in New Zealand.

Modul homes are available in three different interior finishes. These three colourways are the starting point for your personal style.

Interior finish – Relaxed

The Relaxed fit-out is a clean slate for a home that’s tranquil and contemporary.

Interior finish – Warm

With neutral tones and a hint of timber, the warm fit-out is soft and simple.

Interior finish – Bold

Bold brings a Modernist feel, with darker carpet and marble-style shades.
