Hobsonville Point

An Auckland success story, the Hobsonville Point development is a masterplanned neighbourhood with a thriving – and growing – community. Surrounded by the sparkling Waitematā Harbour, the area is blessed with natural beauty and furnished with restaurants, markets and transport options.

Roskill South

This Auckland neighbourhood just 15 minutes from the CBD already has strong transport links, great food spots and good local parks and schools. Thanks to the work that’s happening as part of the Roskill Development, Roskill South is an area that’s going next level over the next decade.

Ōwairaka

Modul homes are in the planning stage for this exciting development. Ōwairaka is a real hidden gem just 8km from Auckland city centre, with the nearby Waterview connection (SH20), regular bus services, a range of local parks and sporting facilities, and a highly-regarded kindergarten and school.
